Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience estimating interior projects.
• Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or similar certification.
• Experience in commercial or residential interior design sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural and design plans to create accurate cost estimates for interior projects.
• Collaborate with architects, designers and project managers to define project scope and timelines.
• Research and source materials, furnishings and finishes to determine costs and availability.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals outlining scope, materials, labor and timelines.
