Lamsat Al Ihkam in Dubai seeks a Cost Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for civil and finishing works, with a focus on villa projects and related services.

You will calculate quantities and costs for materials, labor, equipment and subcontractors, prepare detailed BOQs and costing sheets, and ensure quotations include overheads, wastage, contingency and profit margins. You will review scopes to avoid omissions and support management in finalizing project prices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering industry mainly with small scale technical services for Villa Projects - Renovations, Landscaping, Interior Design, Outdoor Living
• Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or similar credentials are preferred.
