Job summary

Greenbull Group Dubai is seeking an Interior Designer to shape the design vision for luxury villa redevelopment projects, aligning briefs, concepts and execution with premium standards.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll translate concepts into practical solutions, collaborate with site leads and suppliers, and deliver complete design packages for each project, ensuring clear communication of design intent.

Qualifications

• Strong architectural and interior design skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of authority requirements and construction methods in Dubai.
• Proficiency in design software AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Suite.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability to site challenges.
• Knowledge of ultra–luxury property market standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce and adapt architectural and interior design concepts aligned with Greenbull’s “Miami House” identity or Signature Villas depending on the project.
• In-house projects: deliver drawings and packages compliant with authority regulations.
• Support the Project Manager in validating designs prior to final approval by the MD.
• Ensure innovative yet cost-conscious solutions within project constraints.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure design intent is executed on site.
• Research luxury materials, prepare mood boards, and assist investor presentations.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Interior Designer is responsible for developing and delivering the design vision for luxury and ultra-luxury villa redevelopment projects, ensuring full alignment between asset brief, concepts, execution, and Greenbull’s premium quality standards. Depending on the project, this includes developing in-house designs or developing the design created by external studios.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Architect/Designer translates creative concepts into practical solutions while collaborating with the Project Site Lead, contractors, and suppliers to guarantee that design intent is achieved on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Execution

• Produce and adapt architectural and interior design concepts aligned with Greenbull’s “Miami House” identity or Signature Villas depending on the project.
• In case of in-house projects, deliver accurate drawings and packages compliant with authority regulations.
• Support the Project Manager in validating designs prior to final approval by the Managing Director.
• Ensure innovative yet cost-conscious solutions within project constraints.

Coordination with Site Execution

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure design intent is properly executed on site.
• Conduct site visits to verify materials, finishes, and detailing meet standards.
• Provide clarifications and adjustments to address technical or site challenges.

Procurement & Material Selection

• Research and propose luxury materials and finishes.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on supplier selection and procurement decisions.
• Prepare detailed mood boards, sample boards, and investor presentation material.
• Act as the design liaison between the Project Manager, Site Lead, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare a complete Design presentation for each project, in line with Greenbull Properties’ validated template
• Ensure clear and accurate communication of design intent across all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with international design trends and sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to the development of Greenbull’s “Miami House Collection” identity.
• Grow professionally under the mentorship of the Project Manager.
• Strong architectural and interior design skills with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of authority requirements and construction methods in Dubai
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
