Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai's luxury real estate market seeks an experienced interior designer to craft premium layouts, finishes and furnishings for iconic villas and high-rise properties.

You will collaborate with clients, developers and agents, develop mood boards and 3D visuals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Suite, and oversee supplier relationships to deliver timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Design-oriented portfolio demonstrating luxury interiors.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture required.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury villas and high-rise interiors.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design interior layouts, finishes and furnishings for premium real estate properties.
• Collaborate with clients, developers and real estate agents to align vision and execution.
• Develop mood boards, material samples and 3D visuals using AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max.
• Source, negotiate and manage suppliers, vendors and contractors; oversee execution for timely, high-quality delivery.

What You ll Do

• Conceptualized and designed interior layouts finishes and furnishings for premium real estate properties


• Collaborate with clients developers and real estate agents to align vision and execution


• Using tools like AutoCAD SketchUp or 3D Max develop detailed mood boards material samples and 3D visuals

• Languages: English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
