• Strong command of English at a minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Assist teams in day-to-day operations within underwriting, claims, risk management, actuarial, or other departments.
• Participate in ongoing projects and contribute to research, data analysis, and reporting.
• Support customer service initiatives and learn about insurance product offerings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and professional skills.
• Work under mentors to gain exposure to real-world insurance practices.
• Engage with teams and managers on daily processes and goals, discovering talents and interests.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders across business areas in a multinational setup.
• Apply communication skills to service Zurich's customers and support team members.
• Interact with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop.
• Identify and resolve real-time problems while working with teams and managers.
• Take ownership and grow capabilities in insurance during the program.
