Qualifications

• UAE National with Family book.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor degree program in UAE.
• Ability to commit 5 to 10 hours per week to contribute and learn.
• Strong command of English at a min. level of B2.
• Enthusiastic to join a multinational and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist underwriting, claims, risk management, or actuarial teams with day-to-day operations.
• Participate in projects and contribute to research, data analysis and reporting.
• Support customer service initiatives and learn insurance product offerings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
• Work under mentors to gain exposure to real-world insurance practices.
• Engage with teams across departments in a multinational setup.
