Zurich Middle East, part of Zurich Insurance Group, is offering a student program with financial support for bachelor's students who can commit to 8 hours per week. The program aims to build careers in the insurance sector within a multinational, multicultural setting.

Participants will work across underwriting, claims, risk management, actuarial, and other departments, receive mentorship, attend trainings, and gain exposure to real-world insurance practices while supporting teams and customers.

Job Accountabilities

• Assist teams in day-to-day operations within underwriting claims risk management actuarial or other departments
• Participate in ongoing projects and contribute to research data analysis and reporting
• Support customer service initiatives and learn about insurance product offerings
• Attend training sessions and workshops designed to enhance industry knowledge and professional skills
• Work under the guidance of mentors to gain exposure to real-world insurance practices
• Get engaged with teams and managers on departments daily processes and goals and potentially discover new talents and interests
• Work with customers and stakeholders across different business areas in a multinational and multicultural setup
• Apply communication skills to service Zurich s customers and support team members to maintain relationships with them
• Have visibility and access to different stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop
• Identify and resolve real-time problems working with teams and managers
• Take ownership and use opportunities to grow and develop skills and knowledge in insurance
