Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets within monthly, quarterly and annual timeframes.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Maintain positive relationships with technical teams.
• Acquire product knowledge and stay updated with market changes.
• Maintain market knowledge and intelligence.
• Keep abreast of insurance market news, regulations, and competitors.
• Submit daily, monthly and quarterly activity and production reports.
• Use QMS to log client visits, prospect lists and enquiries.
• Responsible for collection of outstanding premiums.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by manager.
