NATIONAL GENERAL INSURANCE CO (P.J.S.C) is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Leader to drive the performance of the life insurance sales unit in the UAE. You will lead the sales team, implement strategies, and ensure targets for sales, manpower, quality, and budget are met.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, monitoring activity, and maintaining high standards of customer service and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Life Insurance sales experience with leadership role.
• Familiar with the UAE Life Insurance market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in business software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve unit sales, manpower, quality, and budget targets.
