Maseera is seeking a qualified Instrumentation and Control (I&C) professional to plan and supervise maintenance activities across instrument and control systems. The role requires coordinating with operations and other maintenance teams to ensure reliable plant performance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 6 years of I&C engineering and maintenance experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, and will lead technical supports for critical maintenance, troubleshooting, and uptime improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Instrumentation and Control or Electronics required.
• 6 years of experience in Instrument and Control engineering and maintenance.
• Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan and supervise maintenance activities for instrument and control systems.
• Provide field technical support for critical maintenance and start-up activities.
• Evaluate manpower requirements and coordinate with maintenance and operations teams.
• Monitor materials, spares and tools to ensure availability.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and downtime.
• Support development and commissioning of new projects in mechanical design and specs to optimize costs.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality and standards.
