Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data and apply best practices when assessing performance drivers.
• Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational dashboards covering key supply chain and instock metrics across the network.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Improve metrics visibility so internal stakeholders have timely access to relevant operational information.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional working groups.
• Collaborate with supply chain, fulfillment, planning, instock, and program management teams to improve operational performance.
• Take ownership of supply chain challenges from initial diagnosis through corrective action.
• Analyze data end-to-end to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable approaches using internal tools and operational data.
• Source store-level pricing and promotions and execute them using internal tools.
• Support initiatives that directly affect product availability and customer experience.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies while maintaining accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Provide occasional weekend coverage when required, without exceeding a five-day work week.
