The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations, retail, technology, or finance, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects that improve availability, cost, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, technology, retail, consulting or finance.
• At least 4 years of supply-chain, inventory-management or project-management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience leading process-improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to systems development and project management.

Responsibilities

• The Instock Manager will own inventory outcomes while working with commercial, marketing, vendor and operational teams.
• Develop inventory plans aligned with customer demand and sales forecasts.
• Monitor vendor fill rates, lead times and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Marketing Managers on category-growth initiatives.
• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities to improve margins.
• Lead cross-functional process-improvement projects.
• Strengthen vendor-management processes and supporting systems.
