Job summary

Scope Prime is seeking an ambitious Institutional Business Development Associate in Dubai to identify and warm up prospective institutional clients for senior salespeople. You will research target accounts, source contacts, and run outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone to generate qualified introductions for the institutional sales team.

You will build target lists, learn digital assets liquidity and DMA equities, and collaborate with senior sales to refine outreach and hit weekly

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong research skills and high attention to detail.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Organised, proactive and resilient.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, trading or institutional sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify target institutional clients and build target lists.
• Research firms, decision-makers, trading set-ups and product fit.
• Run outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone to generate qualified interest.
• Qualify prospects and book introductory calls for senior salespeople.
• Maintain clean CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
• Collaborate with senior sales to refine targets and outreach strategies.
• Hit KPIs: 25 qualified warm leads and 5 held meetings weekly.
