Job summary

Cosurger Global Partners LLC is seeking an experienced nursery teacher to deliver EYFS-aligned lessons in a UAE setting. The role requires fluent English and Russian, plus at least two years in a British-curriculum nursery.

You will maintain lesson plans, journals, and progress records, while creating a safe, welcoming classroom. You will lead tours for prospective families and support admissions with curriculum queries.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare (pursuing or completed).
• Fluent in English and Russian, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a British curriculum nursery or early years setting.
• Prior experience with FS1 & FS2 age groups strongly preferred.
• Must currently be based in the UAE; immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong lesson planning, classroom management, and parent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver structured age-appropriate lessons for FS1–FS2 in line with EYFS framework.
• Design engaging play-based learning activities supporting literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
• Maintain lesson plans, learning journals, and progress records; adapt plans based on observed development.
• Set up and organise the classroom environment to support independent exploration and hands-on learning.
• Maintain a safe, structured, nurturing classroom with clear routines and positive behaviour management.
• Support emotional wellbeing and independence through daily routines; supervise teaching assistants for consistency.
• Build strong professional relationships with parents through regular verbal and written updates on progress.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and respond promptly to queries and concerns.
• Share learning journals and progress reports with parents regularly.
• Conduct nursery tours for prospective parents; represent the nursery positively during open days.
• Assist admissions by answering curriculum-related questions from families.
• Ensure health, safety, safeguarding procedures are followed; maintain attendance and daily activity records.
