Job summary

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 qualification may be accepted with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver planned EYFS learning activities.
• Create opportunities for children to learn independently.
• Use structured play to develop knowledge, communication, confidence, and practical skills.
• Support each child’s physical, emotional, social, and educational growth.
• Provide a consistently high standard of education and care.
• Build an inclusive classroom where every child can participate.
• Observe children during lessons, play, and nursery routines.
• Monitor progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
• Record observations and maintain Learning and Development Profile Books.
• Assist with developmental assessments and reports.
• Maintain safeguarding and welfare standards.
