Responsibilities

• Analyze inspection findings to identify defects, non-conformances, and deviations from project requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports supported by photographic evidence, findings, and recommendations.
• Communicate inspection findings clearly to project managers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with construction teams to support timely correction of identified issues and conduct re-inspections of remedial works.
• Maintain organized inspection records, logs, and digital project documentation using construction management software.
• Perform quality assurance checks to verify that mechanical systems function properly and safely before project handover.
• Maintain awareness of relevant building codes, mechanical standards, and industry practices applicable to construction activities in the UAE.
• Collaborate with other inspectors and project teams to maintain consistent quality standards across project activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve inspection processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
