Job summary

Edelman Intelligence in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to lead medium to large-scale research projects for clients in the UAE and across the EMEA region. You will manage projects that combine quantitative and qualitative methods with a focus on actionable insights.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality outputs on time and within budget. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, marketing, communications, social or political science, statistics, economics, or any other relevant field
• Previous hands-on experience within Research & Insights either at an agency or in-house
• Strong understanding of the Middle East region, including its cultural nuances, geopolitical landscape, and business environment
• Fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic and other languages is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience in data and statistical analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Methodological design (primary and/or secondary): scope of work, research tools, deliverables
• Project planning and internal resource management
• Tracking project-related costs and revenues to ensure their commercial profitability
• Data analysis (from primary and secondary sources) and creation of storytelling reports
• Development of recommendations and key insights
• Creation of presentations for internal stakeholders at Edelman for our end clients
• Providing strategic and consultative guidance to the Edelman teams and our end clients
• Working on several projects at the same time and managing stakeholders' relationships, internal and external
• Training junior profiles and sharing knowledge when relevant
• Proposal writing, including methodological design and costing
• Developing presentations using visual storytelling and identifying growth opportunities for existing clients
