Job summary

Edelman Intelligence in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to lead medium to large-scale research projects, using quantitative and/or qualitative methods. You will work with clients and internal teams across the UAE and EMEA to design studies and deliver insights that drive business decisions.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, hands-on Research & Insights experience, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• University degree in business, marketing, communications, social or political science, statistics or economics.
• Hands-on experience in Research & Insights, agency or in-house.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East region and business environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and other languages are a strong advantage.
• Experience with data and statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Project design and methodological scope of work.
• Project planning and internal resource management.
• Track costs and revenues to ensure profitability.
• Data analysis and storytelling reports.
• Develop recommendations and key insights.
• Create presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance to Edelman teams and clients.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development.
