Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee the Welcare Hospital outpatient nursing team in Dubai. You will drive evidence-based patient care, ensure quality standards, and manage resources to deliver safe, patient-centric experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in outpatient settings and 5+ years in senior nursing leadership within hospital OPD, with a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing and a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from a recognised/accredited Nursing Institute.
• Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• To provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team.
• To ensure evidence based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards.
• To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement.
• To manage allocated clinical and non-clinical resources in a cost efficient and effective manner to enhance safe patient care.
• To monitor and manage compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards to ensure continuous quality improvement.
