Job summary

ENOC in Dubai is seeking an Innovation Specialist to drive the company’s Innovation strategy and manage the ideas program. You will coordinate the Innovate system, screen and evaluate ideas, and report on progress to leadership across groups and businesses.

The role requires 5+ years in innovation, strong MS Office skills, and experience with SharePoint/Visio. You will lead engagement sessions and coordinate events to promote a culture of innovation within ENOC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, plus strong English communication.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation management or related field.
• Excellent MS Office skills and ability to analyze data and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager Innovation in deploying the Innovation Strategy & Ideas Management Program.
• Coordinate and administer the Innovate idea management system for ENOC group.
• Track, analyse and report progress on Innovation KPIs at group and business levels.
• Engage employees through campaigns, workshops, and awareness sessions to generate ideas.
• Manage content updates on the Innovation Management System (announcements, guides, galleries).
• Collaborate with Communications for events, campaigns, and media releases related to innovation.
