Job summary

Emirates National Oil Company Limited (ENOC) in Dubai is seeking to drive the implementation of its Innovation strategy and manage business transformation through innovation. You will coordinate the Innovate idea management system, screen and evaluate ideas, and track progress against Innovation KPIs at both Group and Business levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in innovation management or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SharePoint & Visio would be an added benefit.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ENOC Innovation strategy and business transformation through innovation.
• Coordinate submission and implementation of ideas through the Innovate system.
• Track, monitor and report on Innovation KPIs at Group and Business levels.
• Coordinate events, communications, campaigns and media releases related to innovation.
