Job summary
Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority seeks a System Management Specialist – Infrastructure to ensure stability, security and updates of the organization’s server ecosystem. The role covers Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V), and Exchange services (Online and on-premises).
You will implement IT governance, monitor performance, support cloud platforms, and drive disaster recovery and business continuity while contributing to UAE national development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
- 0 - 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and hardening Windows Server and Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu).
- Managing virtualization platforms like VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V or Red Hat.
- Executing OS-level patching, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshooting complex system-level performance issues.
- Administering Exchange Online and On-premises Exchange servers.
- Configuring mail flow, transport rules, and anti-spam/anti-phishing policies.
- Monitoring Microsoft 365 services and license allocation.
