Job summary

Wasael Property Management seeks an Infrastructure Strategy Specialist to help develop, implement, and monitor long-term infrastructure strategies across municipal projects in the UAE. You will align investments with growth plans, asset management objectives, and sustainability targets.

The role involves strategic analysis, governance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure optimal project prioritization and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with emphasis on infrastructure planning or urban development.
• Master’s degree and professional certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with governance, asset management, and capital planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and review of infrastructure strategies, master plans, and long-term frameworks.
• Identify future infrastructure requirements based on urban growth and service demands.
• Prepare strategic studies, assessments, and planning reports.
• Coordinate with asset management for lifecycle-based planning and renewal initiatives.
• Monitor performance and prepare dashboards and status updates for leadership.
