Job summary

The Department of Municipality & Transportation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Strategy Specialist to lead long‑term infrastructure strategies, policies and investment plans. You will coordinate with government authorities and delivery teams to ensure alignment with regional growth and service objectives.

Responsibilities include strategy development, investment prioritization, asset management integration, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, Infrastructure Management, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Infrastructure Planning, Urban Planning, Engineering Management, Transportation Planning, Public Policy, Asset Management, or MBA (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ISO 55000 Asset Management, Strategic Planning Certification, CIAM (preferred).
• Experience in government or public sector infrastructure planning and asset management is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, evaluation, implementation and monitoring of long‑term infrastructure strategies, policies, programs and investment plans.
• Coordinate with government authorities and agencies to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop roadmaps for capital investment, prioritization and asset management integration.
• Analyze trends, risk and resilience, and provide recommendations for governance and compliance.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards to support decision making.
• Engage stakeholders through workshops and cross‑functional collaboration.
