Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) seeks an experienced Civil 3D Infrastructure Modeler to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will develop and maintain Civil 3D models for roads, cycle tracks, grading, and site infrastructure, translating approved engineering data into coordinated deliverables.

Key tasks include creating surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, and sections, preparing shop drawings, quantities, and as-built deliverables, and coordinating with engineers, surveyors, and site teams

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Technology, or an equivalent field or experience.
2–5 years of Civil 3D experience on roads, infrastructure, drainage, or external works projects.
Ability to produce accurate construction drawings and coordinate model changes with engineers, surveyors, and site teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and update Civil 3D models for roads, cycle tracks, grading, and site infrastructure.
Create surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, assemblies, feature lines, and sections; prepare coordinated shop drawings, quantities, and as-built deliverables.
Model drainage and utility networks and coordinate interfaces with landscape, structural, MEP, and existing services.
Check coordinates, levels, slopes, and outputs; flag clashes and design discrepancies for resolution by engineers.
