Job summary

WSP is seeking a senior Infrastructure Advisory leader to drive strategy, business cases and commercial structures for large-scale public and private sector infrastructure projects worldwide.

You will engage with ministries, regulators and industry stakeholders, overseeing technical and commercial due diligence, pre-feasibility studies and investment committee presentations. English required; Arabic helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, management or policy.
• MBA or CFA is preferred.
• 8+ years in infrastructure advisory.
• Experience in Investment & Transaction Advisory, PPP/JV or Infrastructure M&A.
• Experience across multiple infrastructure subsectors and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and go-to-market for Investment & Transaction Advisory.
• Engage with government bodies, regulators, and private sector stakeholders to develop pipelines.
• Provide advisory across full project lifecycle: strategy, business case, commercial structuring, procurement.
