The IT Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, networks, and user support. The role ensures reliable and secure IT operations across the corporate office and project sites, supporting employees, management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, servers, network equipment, and other IT assets.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Set up and configure computers, user accounts, email accounts, applications, and access permissions for new employees.
• Monitor network connectivity and office/project-site IT infrastructure.
• Maintain IT security, including user access, passwords, antivirus, backups, and system updates.
• Manage IT assets and maintain an updated inventory of hardware, software, licenses, and equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors, internet providers, software providers, and maintenance contractors.
• Assist with CCTV, access control, biometric attendance, and other technology systems where required.
• Provide technical support for meetings, presentations, video conferencing, and management requirements.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, licenses, and service contracts.
• Recommend improvements to IT systems and infrastructure based on business requirements.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.
