Job summary

One Talent Group is seeking an energetic Influencer Affiliate Partnership Manager to build and manage a network of influencers who promote our platforms via affiliate codes. You will onboard creators, provide promo codes, and monitor performance to drive purchases and subscriptions.

Coordinate with marketing, content, sales, and technical teams, while maintaining brand alignment and delivering regular performance reports. English proficiency and a proactive, target-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer or affiliate partnerships, social media marketing or business development.
• Ability to identify, onboard and manage influencers and explain affiliate terms clearly.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across platforms.
• Outreach to potential influencers via Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and email.
• Present and explain affiliate opportunities and commission structures.
• Onboard influencers and provide unique promo codes or referral links.
• Guide influencers on promotion strategy and provide marketing materials.
• Maintain regular communication and motivate influencers to stay active.
• Build long-term relationships with affiliate partners and track performance.
