Job summary

One Talent Group is seeking an energetic Influencer Affiliate Partnership Manager to build and manage a network of influencers who promote our platforms via affiliate codes. You will onboard creators, provide promo codes, and monitor performance to drive purchases and subscriptions.

Coordinate with marketing, content, sales, and technical teams, while maintaining brand alignment and delivering regular performance reports. English proficiency and a proactive, target-driven mindset are essential.

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Influencer Affiliate Partnership Manager to identify, onboard, engage, and manage social media influencers who can promote our digital platforms through an affiliate partnership model. Instead of paying influencers upfront, we provide each influencer with a unique promotional or referral code. Influencers will earn an agreed commission whenever a customer completes a purchase or subscription using their code. The selected candidate will be responsible for building a strong network of influencers, explaining the affiliate opportunity, supporting them with promotional materials, monitoring their performance, and maintaining long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers, content creators, bloggers, and social media personalities.
• Contact potential influencers through Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, and other platforms.
• Present and explain our affiliate partnership and commission structure.
• Onboard influencers and provide them with unique promo codes or referral links.
• Guide influencers on how to promote our digital portals effectively.
• Provide marketing materials, campaign information, captions, offers, and promotional content.
• Regularly communicate with influencers and encourage them to remain active.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
• Track influencer-generated leads, sales, subscriptions, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify high-performing influencers and develop plans to increase their results.
• Coordinate with the marketing, content, sales, and technical teams.
• Ensure influencer promotions follow company guidelines and accurately represent the brand.
• Continuously recruit new influencers and expand the affiliate network.

Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, social media marketing, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to confidently approach and onboard influencers.
• Good understanding of promo codes, referral links, commissions, leads, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple influencers and campaigns at the same time.
• Self-motivated, organised, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Experience promoting digital products, SaaS platforms, job portals, CV platforms, or online services will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be measured based on:

• Number of influencers contacted.
• Number of influencers successfully onboarded.
• Number of active influencers promoting the platforms.
• Leads, subscriptions, and sales generated.
• Conversion rate from each influencer.
• Influencer engagement and retention.
