Job summary

Wetkem Chemicals Trading LLC in Dubai seeks a Water Treatment Chemicals Sales Representative to drive industrial growth, manage accounts, and design dosing programs for cooling towers, boilers, RO systems, and wastewater facilities.

You will acquire new customers, expand relationships, perform technical site visits, and coordinate field trials while negotiating pricing and delivering compliant training and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field as listed.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in technical field sales.
• Strong understanding of water treatment applications.
• Ability to design dosing programs and interpret water analyses.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers across diverse industries.
• Maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Visit client sites to inspect water systems and interpret analyses.
• Design and propose custom chemical dosing programs.
• Coordinate and manage field product trials and convert to long-term supply.
• Prepare technical proposals, calculate cost-benefit metrics, and negotiate pricing.
• Provide training on SDS handling and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast monthly sales, and monitor competitors.
