Job summary

Sea Wonders General Trading LLC is seeking an Indoor Sales & Quotation Executive for its battery wholesale division in Bur Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on handling inquiries via email, WhatsApp and phone, preparing quotations and proforma invoices, and converting inquiries into orders.

The candidate should have excellent English communication, strong MS Excel skills, and be capable of coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Industrial sales experience or quotation experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare professional quotations, proforma invoices and sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily battery enquiries through email, WhatsApp and phone.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and sales orders.
• Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly.
• Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers for prices and stock availability.
• Maintain customer records and develop good customer relationships.
