Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai seeks an Inclusion Learning Support Assistant to closely accompany a student during lessons, transitions and breaks, implement behavior/self-regulation strategies, and coordinate with teachers.

The role emphasizes de-escalation, observations, teamwork, and reliable daily presence; native German and good English required, UAE visa is a must.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with support needs, ideally in behavior/SEMH.
• Calm, clear, and consistent pedagogical attitude.
• High observational skills and ability to react quickly.
• Ability to work in a de-escalating and relationship-oriented manner.
• Teamwork and professional communication skills.
• Resilience and reliability in daily school life.
• Native German language skills and good English skills.
• Existing UAE visa is a requirement.
