• Provide feedback to parents during conferences and meetings.
• Follow school behaviour policies and maintain positive classroom management.
• Support curriculum action groups and weekly ECA programmes.
• Promote student independence and social development through inclusive teaching.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of teaching experience within a school environment
• Previous experience working with students where English is not their first language is preferred
• Strong commitment to inclusive education and whole-child development
• Professional attitude with strong safeguarding awareness and student well-being focus
• Recent and consistent involvement in extracurricular activities
• Positive and solution-focused mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Valid enhanced DBS check or police clearance required
