Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Account Management, Customer Service or Sales.
• Familiar with CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end handling of all inbound sales leads, including lead follow-up and basic conversion.
• Identify high-value potential leads and escalated timely to senior sales personnel for further nurturing and closure.
• Provide daily operational support for key corporate accounts, including resolving order-related issues and after-sales coordination.
• Manage fleet and driver arrangement & coordination work, and follow up on compensation process flows.
