Job summary

Lalamove UAE is seeking an enthusiastic outbound field sales professional to drive merchant acquisition in Abu Dhabi. You will operate in the local market, execute offline sweeps, and collaborate with the UAE team to expand coverage.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in field sales, a bachelor’s in business, a valid UAE driving license, and fluent English; Arabic/Filipino/Mandarin skills are a plus, with CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 4 days in the field, report to the Dubai office on Friday for team sync.

What you'll do:

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle Outbound Field sales in the Abu Dhabi market, aligned with the existing Lalamove UAE outbound sales team's standard work mechanisms and requirements.
• Execute offline territory sweeps, merchant acquisition and local market penetration in Abu Dhabi to expand regional business coverage.
• Work 4 days in the field, report to the Dubai office on Friday for Team sync and planning.

What we are looking for:

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-3 years relevant field sales experience, with Abu Dhabi local market sales experience is a strong priority.
• Hands-on, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency in Arabic, Filipino or Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
