Job summary

Udrive Car Sharing in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Sales Executive – Inbound Sales to drive growth for its Long-Term Rental (LTR) business. The role handles inbound inquiries, assesses rental needs, and converts them into confirmed long-term rentals, coordinating with Operations and Support teams to ensure a smooth handover.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales, with automobile industry experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in inbound sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in mobility or automotive sectors.
• Automobile industry experience is mandatory.
• Proven inbound sales and lead conversion experience.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiating skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website leads and other channels.
• Respond promptly with accurate information about long-term rental offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and budget to recommend suitable solutions.
• Explain rental plans, vehicle options, pricing and terms clearly.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers to close pending sales.
• Negotiate to overcome objections and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for a positive experience.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades and referrals.
• Maintain CRM records of enquiries, follow-ups and activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet and Customer Support to ensure smooth bookings.
• Follow up on bookings to ensure seamless handover.
