Job summary

Apparel Group, a Dubai-based fashion and lifestyle retailer, seeks a Visual Merchandiser to enhance store displays and uphold brand standards. You will work with senior teams to implement visual guidelines and drive sales within a small department or store.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail, with experience in planograms and window lighting. You will train staff, coordinate layouts, and participate in pre-opening checks to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in visual merchandising or sales.
• Experience assisting in visual merchandising tasks, such as setting up displays and following planograms.
• Understanding of store operations and how visuals influence purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance and cleaning staff to uphold visual standards.
• Provide guidance and training to store staff on visual standards.
• Propose changes to improve shopping experience and maximize sales potential.
• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards in windows and in-store are met.
• Coordinate store displays with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout.
• Take photographs for every merchandise change.
• Involve in pre-opening of stores and timely brand implementation.
