Brewer Morris is supporting a Dubai-based private family office in appointing a Chief Financial Officer to transition the finance function in-house. The role oversees real estate, operating businesses and liquid investments across multiple jurisdictions and entities.

The CFO will own accounting, reporting, treasury and controls while building a high-calibre finance team and managing relationships with private banks and advisers. Autonomy and a hands-on approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with extensive senior financial leadership experience.
• Hands-on, commercial finance capability with strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of the finance function in-house and build the supporting team.
• Own accounting, reporting, controls and treasury.
• Manage relationships with international private banks and external advisers.
• Oversee multiple corporate structures across jurisdictions.
