Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at a renowned restaurant in Dubai. As the head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Create new and innovative menus that align with current food trends and customer preferences
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene within the kitchen

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a high-end restaurant
