Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in risk management, project controls or related discipline.
• Expertise in risk identification, assessment and mitigation planning.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent).
• Experience developing and maintaining risk registers and control documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication to present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI or similar).
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment across multiple project teams.
• Background in construction, engineering or infrastructure PMC/PMO environment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the Risk facilitator for a large aviation/airport project.
• Implementing the Risk Management Plan and supporting project teams in applying the risk management process.
• Facilitating risk workshops with project stakeholders.
• Maintaining risk registers and ensuring risks and actions are updated accordingly.
• Preparing monthly and ad hoc risk reports.
• Undertaking ad hoc QRAs outside the formal risk framework when required.
• Maintaining focus on risk mitigation plans and following up with owners to close actions.
