Job summary

Turner & Townsend International Limited in Dubai seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead planning, reporting and programme assurance. Based in UAE, you will coordinate between clients, partners, consultants and contractors to ensure the project programme aligns with baselines and client expectations.

The ideal candidate has a BSc, 9–15 years post graduate experience in Oil & Gas or Power & Utilities, advanced Power BI skills, and extensive Primavera P6 knowledge.

Qualifications

• BSc Degree preferred.
• Advanced Power BI skills required.
• 9–15 years post graduate experience in Oil & Gas or Power & Utilities.
• Regional consultancy experience required.
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) or similar planning tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the project team for planning functions and ensure issues are understood.
• Review reporting practices and outputs and implement improvements.
• Provide planning advice to project team members and stakeholders; produce programme assurance reports.
• Produce progress reports and variances against baselines.
• Deliver Period Programme Updates and input to project reports.
• Coordinate between clients, partners, consultants and contractors to ensure programme compliance.
• Support bidding activities with planning input and timely submission.
