GEMS Education UAE is recruiting an Inclusion Teacher – Learning Support in Dubai to provide targeted intervention for students with additional learning needs. You will work with classroom teachers, ELL specialists, and families to create consistent support and high achievement expectations.

The role emphasizes planning, monitoring progress, and translating intervention outcomes into routine classroom practice. A strong UAE-appropriate teaching qualification and SEND experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised teaching qualifications required for UAE.
• Experience supporting students with SEND or additional needs.
• Knowledge of IEPs and personalised learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify students needing additional support through assessment and collaboration.
• Plan and deliver targeted individual and small-group interventions.
• Develop and review Individual Education Plans.
• Set measurable targets to track progress.
• Collaborate with teachers to remove barriers to curriculum access.
• Document progress and communicate with parents.
