You will deliver personalized consultations, explain programs, and build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating inquiries from diverse international clients and ensuring data confidentiality and regulatory compliance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, consulting, or client advisory with a strong closing record.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Client Engagement: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media and provide up‑to‑date visa information.
• Personalized Consultation: Tailor communication to each client’s background, goals, and eligibility.
• Professional Advisory Services: Explain immigration programs and pathways clearly so clients understand options.
• Client Relationship Development: Build long-term relationships with ongoing support and follow-ups.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Convert prospects into paying clients and achieve revenue goals ethically.
• Data Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive case data with discretion and meet deadlines.
• Effective Multitasking: Balance multiple cases, calls, and administrative tasks.
