Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or customer-facing roles (UAE market experience is a plus).
• Strong interest or foundational understanding of Canadian and Australian point-based immigration systems.
• Exceptional command of English; ability to communicate complex details clearly and professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general administrative tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales cycle by managing incoming leads, scheduling consultations, and contributing to monthly team targets.
• Draft initial immigration roadmaps based on current regulatory frameworks for review by senior team members.

• Maintain accurate client records and tracking within the CRM database.

As a Junior Immigration Consultant | Canada & Australia Program Specialist, you will support the end-to-end client consultation process for prospective immigrants. Working closely with senior consultants, you will learn to evaluate viable pathways, assist with client assessments, and help convert qualified leads into enrollments through clear, accurate guidance and strong relationship building.

• Communicate clear, fact-based information to prospective clients to build trust and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and tracking within the CRM database.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or customer-facing roles (experience within the UAE market is a plus).
• Basic foundational understanding of or strong interest in Canadian and Australian point-based immigration systems.
• Exceptional command of English; ability to communicate complex details clearly and professionally.
