Job summary

CMA CGM Abu Dhabi Regional Office seeks a Ports & Terminals (P&T) Procurement Manager to lead procurement and supplier relationship management for the assigned portfolio. You will oversee budget development, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations to optimize value and performance across regional operations.

Fluent English is essential; French/Arabic is a plus. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and ability to travel internationally to align with business

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement, operations, or commercial roles within ports, terminals, shipping or logistics.
• Experience with category management and supplier relationship management is required.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual budgets for the portfolio and manage them with sourcing initiatives.
• Develop and manage relationships with incumbent and potential suppliers.
• Analyze spend patterns to identify cost drivers and opportunities.
• Conduct market research and track industry trends to shape category strategies.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure terms meet the Group Purchasing process.
