CMA CGM is seeking a VIE in Abu Dhabi to drive operational excellence and data analytics across regional operations. You will map processes, benchmark performance, and develop KPI dashboards for senior leadership.

Reporting directly to the COO and working at the heart of the Abu Dhabi Regional Operations team the V I E will combine operational efficiency improvement with data analytics to support regional performance and strategic decision-making Created in the context of significant network expansion the role will support process optimisation fleet planning cost management competitive intelligence and regional development The V I E will work with a high level of autonomy manage multiple priorities and deliver reliable analyses and recommendations to senior management
Master s degree in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with two to three years of relevant experience.Eligible for the V.I.E. programme: EU/EEA nationality and aged 18 28 at the start of the assignment.Advanced Excel and proficiency in Power BI or Tableau;Knowledge of process-improvement methodologies and maritime intelligence platforms is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the autonomy and organisation required to manage multiple priorities.Confident communicator who is entrepreneurial, adaptable and genuinely interested in the maritime industry and MEA region.
