Job summary

Nouryon is seeking a Logistics Procurement Manager in Dubai to lead IMEA logistics category management with potential global expansion. The role partners with Global Category Manager and Regional Leaders to optimize total cost of ownership and supply continuity across road, ocean, air freight, warehousing and DG handling.

The candidate will drive strategic sourcing, risk management, and supplier development in a multi-market environment, delivering value through cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in logistics procurement or supply chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy a logistics procurement strategy for the IMEA region.
• Own end-to-end procurement across regional logistics categories including road, ocean, air freight, warehousing and dangerous goods handling.
• Lead negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance reviews with global and regional partners.
• Drive cost savings, risk management and process improvements across multiple markets.
