Job summary

ALFAHIM seeks an ILI Planning Coordinator – PIMS / Pipeline Integrity in Abu Dhabi to plan, coordinate, and monitor inline inspection activities and integrity programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and operations.

You will manage data/workflows in PIMS, support production and maintenance planning, prepare schedules and reports, and collaborate with engineering, operations and third-party providers, while analyzing data and tracking resource demand.

Job description

• The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring in-line inspection (ILI) activities and pipeline integrity programs, ensuring alignment with project timelines and operational requirements. The coordinator will manage data and workflows within the Pipeline Integrity Management System (PIMS), support production and maintenance planning, and prepare schedules, reports, and documentation. Daily tasks include collaborating with engineering, operations, and third-party service providers; analyzing inspection and integrity data; tracking demand for inspection resources; and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role also requires proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve planning issues and optimize pipeline integrity performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Integration and alignment of ILI, pipeline, operational and historical data into the PIMS platform.


• Data validation, quality control, and configuration/maintenance of the PIMS database.


• Running the PIMS software to execute integrity assessments corrosion growth, remaining life, defect assessment, and risk ranking.


• Generating PIMS integrity assessment reports, dashboards and KPIs, and presenting them for review with the ADNOC Onshore technical pipeline integrity team.


• Managing the related documentation and document management system (procedures, records, assessment reports, traceability, and close-out).

• The ILI Planning Coordinator – PIMS / Pipeline Integrity role is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

Experience

• Minimum five (5) years of pipeline integrity software experience (configuration and report handling).


• Proven hands-on PIMS experience the CV must state the specific PIMS platform(s) used (e.g. ROSEN software, Synergi Pipeline, NX-PIMS, THEIA or equivalent).
