Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking an experienced Integrity Specialist in Abu Dhabi to coordinate and update all integrity procedures and the Integrity Management System (IMS). You will monitor KPI performance, support the Asset Integrity Policy, and provide technical input for facility maintenance and inspection programs.

The role requires coordinating between Integrity, Maintenance, and Operations teams, updating IMPs, and conducting risk assessments and audits to ensure asset safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering discipline.
• 6 years of experience.
• Knowledge of integrity management and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the Integrity Management System (IMS) database and applications.
• Coordinate between Integrity unit and Maintenance/Inspection/Operations for data gathering and quality checks.
• Coordinate the issuance and review of the Integrity Management Plan (IMP) for all facilities through the IMS software solution.
• Monitor integrity of plant equipment and highlight overdue items, critical recommendations and failures.
• Participate in audits and risk assessments related to asset integrity.
