GEMS World Academy–Dubai (GWA) is seeking an Inclusion practitioner for the January 2027 start. The role focuses on supporting students in an IB environment with a strong emphasis on inclusion, safeguarding, and collaborative planning within a non-selective, diverse school community.
The successful candidate will bring experience in Inclusion, familiarity with the IB framework, and a passion for ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education or equivalent with inclusion specialism
- Advanced qualifications preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience teaching Inclusion
- Strong understanding of IB framework and Approaches to Teaching
- Alignment with IB Learner Profile and school ethos
- Available to start January 2027
